ORDERS-

Q-How can I change/cancel my order?

A-If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.


Q-How can I check the status of my order?

A-After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the 'My Account' link. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.


Q-Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

A-We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

RETURNS-

Q-Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?

A-In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a voucher code. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.


Q-What is the process to return a product?

A-1. To return an item, please request return on mail within 7 days.

2. We offer free returns within 7 days for products that are received damaged. After 7 days, returns maybe charged for damaged items.

3. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all HOUSE OF ZENIAA packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

4. All returns will be given store credit only. Please note – store credit is valid for six months from issue date. Once you use the credit note, the sale is final.


SHIPPING-

Q-What shipping method does the website use?

A-We use a large network of courier partners to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

Q- How long until my order ships?

A- We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 4-5 working days. In case of delay, you will be informed of the same by the Customer care team.

For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service and we will try to help as best as we can.

In case of a Cash On Delivery order, we will dispatch the order post confirmation from you. Then, it will take another 2 - 10 working days for the parcel to reach you based on your location.

In case the parcel needs to be delivered within Delhi, it will take 2-3 days for you to receive your order.

In case the parcel needs to be delivered outside Delhi, but in a major city, it will take 5-10 days for you to receive your order.

A- We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are:

1. Online Payment via Credit or Debit or Net Banking

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

MY ACCOUNT-

Q- How do I change my email address?

A- Once an email address has been registered with us, it cannot be deleted. But you can email us the ID that you used for registering on House of Zeniaa and your new email address, and we will change the email address for your account.
